The Krystal Model Tray System was designed by dental technicians who were frustrated in their search for an accurate model system which produced consistent results. The Krystal Model System was produced by engineers to sound, high, engineering tolerances to produce a product which is consistent in the high quality of the models produced. The design of the Krystal Model Tray is such that, when used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, the inevitable expansion of die stone can, in many respects, be controlled. Thus, remakes and chairside adjustments can be avoided. 

 

Krystal Model Trays are available as full trays or quadrant trays, either left or right handed, for use in the triple tray technique. Unlike the ''traditional'' triple tray trough shaped tray the Krystal Quad trays are rigid and maintain their shape; they can be articulated in the same way as full trays.

 

A choice of articulation methods is possible with the Krystal Model Tray system, disposable articulators e.g. Orbix, Kwikalator etc, plaster plane line articulation or magnetic split cast anatomical articulation. Simplicity of articulation is the key word.

To add that ''final gloss'', use of the KrystalSafe transparent cover will not only add protection during the transit of work but will also considerably enhance the presentation of your work to the dentist. The KrystalSafe has an internal foam insert which holds the work safely on the model and the KrystalSafe itself firmly grips the periphery of the Krystal Tray without the need for adhesive tape.
